OPEN NOVICE ELIGIBILITY

Registration with your club on or after 1 May 2022.

NOTIFICATION OF INABILITY TO PLAY
If an entrant cannot attend at the allotted date and time, at least 24 hours notice must be given to sandbeltchampionships@gmail.com.  A $50 penalty applies for unnotified non-attendance.

REFUND POLICY
1. Withdrawal before the closing date or for an abandoned event – refund full amount less the administration fee charged by the payment gateway provider
2. Withdrawal after the closing date, but before the draw is performed – refund 50%, less the administration fee
3. Withdrawal after the draw is performed (but not necessarily published) – no refund
If you believe extraordinary circumstances exist, you should apply, in writing, for a review.
